Dr. Nicholas Martinez brings a career-long focus on using data to inform decision-making. He applies quantitative social science methods to tackle complex economic and policy questions, helping the team craft compelling investment narratives.
Martinez’s experience spans public and private sectors, including leadership roles as a public sector administrator, demographer, researcher, educator, and business analytics professional. He has conducted research on elections, sports business, environmental issues, real estate, global economic trends, population and demography, consumer behavior, transportation networks, and urban development.
A certified urban planner, Martinez holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies, master’s degrees in International Affairs and Urban Planning from Florida State University, and a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from Florida International University. He is also a former Board Member of the Miami Finance Forum.
